Community Guidelines

Welcome to the NuXight community. NuXight is a software module that helps schools, teachers, students, and parents communicate quickly and efficiently. By connecting everyone in a school, NuXight helps Organizations (schools of all type) build communities both in and out of the Organizations.

Trust and respect are at the heart of any meaningful community, and your well-being is our highest priority. We believe that safety is a shared responsibility, and everyone plays an important role in keeping the NuXight community safe.

We strongly encourage all users—whether you're an Organization (e.g., school, teacher, administrator, coach) or Student (e.g., student or parent to communicate with each other. To contact our team about violations, please email report@NuXight.com.

As part of the NuXight community, keep the following in mind:

Keep communication constructive.

Communication should be appropriate for recipients of all age levels and constructive in nature, so we encourage you to carefully consider all message content before sending.

. Focus on creating a positive culture

• Classrooms are full of activities! NuXight facilitates frequent communication between Organizations and Students.

• We recommend parents to communicate with Organizations frequently to optimize learning experience.

Connect your child with the Organization

Parents should track the feedback from the related Organization frequently and help guide their child timely. We believe that if the parents receive feedback in the earliest possible manner, they have more time to guide their children to optimize their learning experience.


Keep your door open to families

• Teachers keep parents in the loop with only activities related to learning experiences. Your school faculty is in a position to decide what activities and detail to be shared with parents. Parents are encouraged to make suggestions to their related Organizations.
• Students and related Organizations are on the same team, collaborating on how they can help students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

To help keep our community safe, avoid the following:

Pretending to be someone else.

Use your real name and select the accurate role. Misrepresenting yourself or impersonating other people is not allowed on NuXight.

Uses outside the educational space.

Communication on NuXight should be used to support learning, and features are intended for educational uses only. NuXight should not be used for personal profit or commercial purposes.

Messages on NuXight may be occasionally monitored for these guidelines, and accounts with inappropriate content may be deactivated, closed, or reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
